Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AvaniDTF, we take pride in delivering high-quality DTF printing and custom merchandise. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on www.avanidtf.com.


1. Eligibility for Refund (7-Day Policy)

You may request a refund or replacement within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery only if the product meets one of the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Product has a manufacturing or printing defect

  • Product received is different from what was ordered

Requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products, including:

    • DTF printed items made as per your uploaded design or artwork

    • Custom size, color, layout, or text requests

  • Products approved by you after design confirmation

  • Products with minor variations in color or placement due to printing limitations

  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or handling after delivery

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Provide your order ID and contact details

After review, we may:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, if replacement is not feasible

Approval is subject to verification by our quality team.


4. Return of Products

  • In certain cases, we may request the product to be returned

  • Return pickup will be arranged where serviceable

  • Returned products must be unused and in original condition

If the return request is approved but the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the refund request may be cancelled.


5. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • In case of approved refund due to damage or defect, return shipping costs will be borne by AvaniDTF


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins

  • Once printing or customization has started, cancellation is not allowed

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed


8. Color & Print Disclaimer

Due to screen settings, lighting, fabric texture, and printing methods, slight color or placement variations may occur. Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify for refund.
