Throughout these Terms, “you” or “your” refers to any user of the Website, while “AvaniDTF”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to AvaniDTF and its affiliated entities.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws and that you agree to comply with these Terms, along with any additional rules or policies published on specific sections of the Website. 5. Account Registration and Website Use
Certain features and services require the creation of an AvaniDTF account. By registering, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Website solely for creating, evaluating, and ordering products offered by AvaniDTF.
No rights are granted to use AvaniDTF Content beyond the final products delivered to you.
You confirm that any content uploaded by you, including text, images, trademarks, or designs, is legally owned or properly authorized for use. You agree to provide proof of such authorization upon request.
You further agree that your content and orders will not violate any law, infringe third-party rights, or contain defamatory, obscene, abusive, or unlawful material.

8. Taxes and GST
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST, associated with your purchases. Where applicable, you must provide accurate GST registration details matching your billing information.
AvaniDTF does not verify GST details provided by you and shall not be liable for errors or non-compliance. Failure to provide GST details may result in treatment as an unregistered buyer, which may affect input tax credit eligibility.
AvaniDTF’s tax liability is limited to the amount of tax charged on your order.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may change due to factors beyond our control.
AvaniDTF is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by incorrect address details, weather conditions, political events, or logistical disruptions.
If delivery fails due to your unavailability or refusal, AvaniDTF may dispose of the product after reasonable attempts, without liability.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select serviceable pin codes. Payment must be made in full at delivery using cash or card, subject to acceptance by the delivery partner.
Failure to accept COD orders may result in account suspension or recovery actions.
11. Pricing
All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices are finalized only at the time of order confirmation.
12. Refunds, Returns, and Product Issues
Refunds are processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders. Refunds are issued in INR only.
Product issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Return pickup may be required before processing refunds, subject to quality checks.
Merchant credits, if offered, must be used within the specified validity period, after which they expire.
13. Transfer of Risk and Title
Ownership and risk for physical products pass to you once the product is handed over to the delivery carrier.
For digital products, delivery is deemed complete once transmitted electronically or made available for download.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AvaniDTF, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or use of unauthorized content.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. AvaniDTF does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or accuracy of product descriptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights where applicable.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvaniDTF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Website or products.
Where limitations are not permitted by law, liability shall be limited to the greatest extent allowed.
17. Feedback

19. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, India.
