At AvaniDTF, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on www.avanidtf.com are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation
- Standard processing time is 2–5 business days
- Custom or personalized DTF print orders may require additional processing time depending on design approval and order volume
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment details via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within India only
- Delivery is subject to serviceability of the provided PIN code
- Certain remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery timelines
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro and Tier-1 cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Tier-2, Tier-3, and remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, logistics delays, strikes, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout
- Charges depend on order size, weight, and delivery location
- Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned during checkout
Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Delivery Partners
We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders.
AvaniDTF is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist in tracking and coordination wherever possible.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
- Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to origin
- Re-shipping costs for returned orders must be borne by the customer
AvaniDTF is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Please ensure:
- Correct PIN code
- Complete address with landmarks (if applicable)
- Active mobile number
Orders with incorrect address details may be delayed, returned, or cancelled without refund.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the delivery if possible
- If accepted, record an unboxing video and take clear photographs
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to size, stock availability, or production timelines.
Customers will be notified if split shipments occur.
10. Delays Beyond Control
Delivery delays may occur due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities
- Political or regional disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Courier operational issues
Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
